You might think that the colour of your rice doesn’t matter. If you’re eating white rice, you’re missing out on a host of extra health benefits. Packed with fibre, brown rice will help keep you feeling full for longer while also greatly improving your digestive health.
It’s also a great source of magnesium, which will keep your energy levels up and vitamin B6. This will boosts your metabolism so you’ll burn more calories in the gym.
Here’s also a great quick tip. If you wash the rice in cold water before cooking, it removes any excess starch making it even healthier!
