Just thought I’d share this and see what your thoughts are. Here are my top 4 pieces of fitness equipment that I love at the moment:
1. Your Body
I love doing body weight exercises as I can train anywhere, anytime, anyhow effectively! Try out the Nike Training Club app on the iPhone, so no more excuses!
2. TRX
A Total body work out that is fast, effective and powerful! This piece of kit keeps things different and interesting for you and your client.
3. Medicine / Slam Balls
I’ll let Paul Chek show you the benefits of the medicine ball. Check out the link for the slam balls too!
4. Valslides / Flowin
If I’m honest I prefer the Flowin to the Valslide even though they both roughly do the same. I just think that the Flowin system allows better integration of the whole body.

I love TRX! I think for my next plan I’ll be looking to integrate the Nike Training Club app, it looks great! Nice post :0)

Nice one mate. I know Nike are bringing out a new concept towards the end of the year that combines the Training Club app and the band which looks good too.

Nike are doing very well to engage with people to take fitness to a higher level or to simply get people doing more walking etc. Check out the article I wrote on digital fitness as it talks about the Nike app and the FuelBand they are launching.
