Morning everyone,
What ever did we do without technology and in particular our mobile phones? I can remember when Amy and I got together there were no text messages or anything like that. Just a good old home landline and when you were out of the house, you were left alone. Mobile phones are excellent for emergencies and some business but overall, I wish I could just put down my mobile and leave it alone.
I know the feeling, you get stressed out when you can’t get network coverage when trying to send a text. However, a new study from Worcester University has discovered the opposite is true. The more people who check their phones, the more stressed they are. The study also showed that some people experience phantom ringing or vibrations. Where they get out their phones to check for messages or emails but nothing is there.
I’m making a conscious effort to not use my mobile as much so if the above sounds familiar, put your mobile down!
Interesting!
